THE "VIENNA METRO" AREA, served by Mary Ann and Ed, currently consists of four residential communites: Country Creek, Virginia Center, Ivy Square, and Vienna Station (also known as Fairfax Metro Square).  All four communities are within true walking distance of the Vienna Metro station.  They are located in Fairfax County near the Town of Vienna, one of the most prosperous and cosmopolitan activity centers in the country.  These communities enjoy not only easy access to Tysons Corner, but also, because of the community's short distance access to the Vienna Metro, to National Airport, the Pentagon, Crystal City, and downtown Washington, D.C.--and all that the city has to offer.  Immediately adjacent to Virginia Center and Country Creek is Nottoway  Park offering exercise trails, tennis courts, basketball courts, and ball fields.  The park also hosts a farmers' market during the summer months, special events, and flea markets on occasion.  A bicycle path runs from Fairfax City, past the Vienna Metro and into Nottoway Park, then onward toward the W&OD bicycle path. The Pan Am Shopping Center--banks, grocery store from a major chain, specialty shops, and restaurants--is within a mile's distance.
      Both Virginia Center and Vienna Station offer upscale townhomes with garages--in a fantastic location.  Country Creek and Ivy Square offer somewhat older townhomes without garages.
